RunNGL3Server.bat file not working

I have configured the configure.ini file carefully but when I try to run the RunNGL3Server.bat file the command Prompt appears for just  a while and before recognizing what's in it, it disappears.

open command prompt and run that file in command prompt, it will show the error.

don't run the file which is available in C:/InstallNGL3.1


just run the file which s available in C:/NGL3/apache-tomcat-6.0.32/bin/RunNGL3Server.bat
