Suggestion regarding issue of book

Hi,
In Issuing a book, many senior faculty issue a book  and give it to some Research scholar/student and they told to the library staff, please write down the name of the person to whom this book is actually given.
If you put a remark field, where circulation staff may write that this book is actually given to whom. It may be helpfull.

This particlar feature, I have seen in Troodon software. You may consider it as a valuable addition. I am attaching also the screeshot of the troodon. (that I have taken from another library visited recently)
