To create password for library users

Librarian
I am from Ethiopia, librarian in a government organization.  I want to use NewGenLib for the library, I read the manual and the training videos which explains how to install and all the features of NewGenLib and I found it very good.  I want it to be installed on LAN and our library members to use OPAC including digital resources, In order to use the OPAC I think user name and password is needed, how is the user other than the library staff assigned a user name and password inorder to use the OPAC? Is the administarator who should assign it or is the user himself can do that and how?  I would appreciate if any one could give me an explanetion on this.  Thank you.

Respected Edlwa,
Greetings from NGL Open Source.
1. You need to create accounts for your users.
2. You can batch import an Excel sheet containing users using NGL Work Bench
3.By default when ever you create a user, password abc will be given
4. To create library users please go to Administration - Configure System - Patron - New - Patron (general)
Every new patron created will have a default password abc
They can change after they log in
