We strongly assume that there is a space after the patron id.
Which means for example take the patron id: 14MB1358. In the database it is there as 14MB1358_ where _ denotes a space and not a underscore. To solve this, Go to NGL Desktop -> Utilities -> Force edit Patron Id In this Old Patron Id, enter 14MB1358 and add one space at the end of the Id In the New Patron Id enter 14MB1358 without any spaces at the beginning or the end Now click on Edit Patron Id button. but some accession number doesn't show anything when checkin just blank. and one book is returned and when i want to issue that book to another user it shows issued Thanks and Regards Manju C Librarian |
If we go for the renewal of these books it shows that "DOCUMENT RECALLED, CANNOT BE RENEWED"
and i am unable to checkin these as it doesnt shows anything on the screen Thanks and Regard Manju C Librarian |
