Unable to launch NGL Workbench

Hi,
I am able to install NGL Client successfully with login - 1/abc but when I run NGL workbench i'm getting error saying- "Cannot connect to database, check database properties"

Please help me regarding this

your batabase is not connecting, please check weather the Postgresql server running or not.

means? I run NGLServer, started successfully and also launched client application..
About postgres you are talking so where do i check...?

i am also facing this problem
