Could you please point me where are the instructions for updating the system from 3.0.4 R1 to 3.0.4 R1 Update 2?

I updated the system but trying to login I get the message (Invalid User). Any ideas?

I did this. I am not sure if I followed the correct procedure though.

I run PGAdminIII and I connected to the newgenlib database. Then I clicked on "Execute arbitrary SQL Queries" where I opened and executed the OneTimeQuery.sql

Maybe I did something wrong.
