Videos regardng

Dear Sir,

We are happy to upload video in epac and also my kind suggestion is that user should not download the video's and pdf file and other digital things can we restrict them?

Yes, you can restrict.
1. Modify  the catalogue record that has attachments you want to restrict
2. In Modify Catalogue record screen in Other Actions you have options for Digital attachments. Here instead of Open Access, give Restricted access

Sir,
      Thank for your kind reply above this matter, but when i going do this changes in opac it is not opening directly my suggestion is that it should open on epac but should not come for downloading (but it is asking video that open with or save file this option should not come it has to open directly and should not download on local pc when we are using epac other client machines or in lab)
