application blocked by security settings

respected sir,

      my installation is successfully completed , my ngl server is running
 
http://localhost:8080/newgenlibctxt/
my OPAC is running fine

when i launching my application
link http://localhost:8080/newgenlibctxt/LaunchApplication

the Application is blocked
how can i solved the problem
