cataloging issue

tigran
Dear list
after saving cataloged records each record is receiving an odd number, e.g. in my test database 'Catalogue Record numbers' are as follows: 1, 3, 5, 7 eyc
Why?
Any ideas.
thanks

Re: cataloging issue

Verus Solutions Support
Catalogue record numbers are auto-generated numbers. They are not designed to be sequential nor are for the purpose of the count. They are designed to be unique for a library. Hence their sequentiality can be ignored
