changing server local host to IP?

I insatalled server as localhost and running secessfully, but now I want to chage server localhost to IP, when I edited env_txt file with my server Ip it is not working. Where i have to change my Ip.

Open C:/NewGenLibFiles/HibernateConfig/dbconnection.xml with Wordpad
Go to line 8...it looks like this
       jdbc:postgresql://localhost:5432/newgenlib

is localhost there or your IP Address
