click on ILL receive Item

Sir when i click on Circulation>---Inter Library Loans(ILL)>---ILL receive Item
two forms open by this click, one undo-Reported Loss of Item and second  ILL receive Item.

Issue identified. Thank you for pointing this issue. We will rectify this in the upcoming update
