This is because Java 6 support for character sets is limited compared to Java 7.
Can you please send us screen shots to understand the issue better

Dear List
when from 'Primary Cataloging' (from Technical Processing module) trying to catalog in Armenian or Georgian scripts i see quadratic symbols. Cyrillic script is displayed in a normal way.
During Postgre installation had set for UTF. Using NGL version 303.
When typing Armenian or Georgian or Cyrillic scripys in Search window the display is normal.
What could be the reason?
On my this computer Java 6 is working.
thanks,
Tigran
p.s. On my another computer (is installed Java7) when working with NGL the UNICODE input for Armenian and Georgian is normal.
