create a server

now we want create a server. and also we want to use IP based. so how we can do that

please give the solution.

Sir,
1. In the server, Install NGL. This server will have an IP address
2. Now in the clients, install JRE 1.6 (Java Runtime Environment). http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre7-downloads-1880261.html
3. Open the browser in Client. And type <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://">http://<Ip address of server as in step1>:8080/newgenlibctxt/LaunchApplication
