The most probable problem is the mobile alerts. The mobile alerts
gate way must be down.
Can you please go to C:/NewGenLibFiles/SystemFiles, Open ENV_VAR.txt
file with notepad/wordpad
Change the parameter MOBILE_ALERTS=YES to MOBILE_ALERTS=NO
Save the file
Restart the NewGenLib Server
