critical error and OPAC

I am unable to login at client machine and opac page able to open in server but it is not showing any results.

windows firewall is on. checked  file called newgenlibctxt.xml in C:/NGL3/apache-tomcat-6.0.32/conf/Catalina/localhost.

pl help urgently.
