critical error

critical error

pax long
After cataloguing a book with the same titles and authors when i
make copy of a catalogue record it opens well
I go to search for (I enter name of the author,tittle,keywords etc) and click quick search
I get critical error ,what is causing the problem and how do I fix it.
even if i try duplicate check ,I still get the same error
