I took reports department wise but total no of books shown in the reports exceeds than books actualy available in the library.
I think some books are being shown in more than one department. Please help me to solve it...

I downloaded the same. But it is not working. It says that database is not connected properly. I thing that app is not able to connect with the database. I am using port 5433 and not the default. I did not find any config file in the download where i can change the port...

Thanks for the reply. I did it and it worked. I will check if it is giving similar problem as last version.. In this version i found that there is one report i.e. unused books which is very interesting, however I have some suggestions in this regards. These are. 1. This report also lists issues of periodical which is irrelevant as periodicals are not issued by the library they are for reference only so they should not be fetched by the report unused books. 2. this list gives less field than required. if we add field of department, date of accessioning, and type of material i.e. monograph, reference etc. so one can identify that reference books can not be issued so they can not be counted as unused books. 3. Moreover, in Patron module, it is desirable that one field of comment is provided so we can know if there is any comment towards any user. for example if we block a user for any reason we can know that why this user is blocked. or if the student has left the institute and no due is issued.
