error with checkout form

Dear Team,

i find out an error that ---

Patron id is  F003
if we entered id f003 in checkout form  its converted into F003 immediately and show all details of patron but
item held shown blank.

In Administration->Configure System->Patron search, kindly see if 2 patron ids exist. One f003 and anothe F003
