help need for multiple book catelogue

Dear sir,
    I have got  few book having same author,same title so how to do catelouge in one go.

If you have already catalogued the title, then
1. Go to Technical Processing -> Search Catalogue
2. Search for the title already catalogued. Select the title and click on Update Holdings
3. You will see the earlier accession numbers, now add new accession numbers
