how i can access webopac in anywhere

Dear sir
I have successfully installed NGL opac in local host now I want to access
This one in anywhere for that I have to change in env file (in place of local host put the IP address of my server)
But when I access opac to another computer it is not open.
Please tell me how can I do this

is OPAC opening in the NGL server system and other system which are connected to same network with server NGL system
