how to manage two libraries different databases in one ngl sofware

dear sir,
 we have 2 libraries, PUC(10+2) and 10+2+3(Degree) different place (just 500mts away)both having NGL in library , but here our management permission to staff, reference in both library for some information, so now staff need a books information and reserve , but how to merging both library database in ONLINE, and how show a serching book in which library... how to preserve or reserve or issued from online, after our staff collecting by self, so this is my problem, how you solve this..?
