inter-library loan and internet connnection

 please how can i configure ILL and connect my NGL Server with IP so that one can access it anywhere in the world. i have static IP address right now.

Your NGL Server must have a Public Static IP Address. The Public Static IP is assigned by your ISV (Internet Service Provider)
