migrating NGL 2.5 to NGL 3.0.4R1U2

Dear all friends,

My friend asked me to migrate their NGL 2.5 to NGL 3.04R1U2. I got it done with all records ( Biblio and Holding records) but I got a problem:
1. Holding information is not shown with the new system (pls get it from pics below)
2. Table has 323 tables while NGL 3.0.4R1U1 has 327 tables
3. I cannot log in the java based system ( password is not encrypted)

This is the OPAC record from the old system
