Thanks for prompt reply. That means we can issue other material to any specific category. For that we have to define "material types" then what is the next procedure to be followed for distribution of defferent material in case of same categoty patrons?
Please guide me. Ashok |

Respected Sir,
Please check the below steps Step 1: Define different Material categories (Physical/Presentation forms) Say your material types are M1, M2, M3 Step 2: Define different patron categories Say - P1, P2, P3 Step 3: If you want to issue material types M1, M2, M3 to patrons under the category P3 Then you need to define Privilege between: P3 and M1 Privilege between: P3 and M2 Privilege between: P3 and M3 If you want to issue material types only M1, M3 to patrons under the category P2 Then you need to define Privilege between: P2 and M1 Privilege between: P2 and M3 On 08/29/2012 02:26 PM, ashoksatapathy [via NewGenLib] wrote: Thanks for prompt reply.
