need help in upgrading 3.1.3 to 3.1.5

Dear sir / madam,
I am trying to upgrade newgenlib from 3.1.3 to 3.1.5 kindly help to upgrade procedure..... am in little confusion ... tried as upgraded previous version procedure but not working.. kindly help me and tell the procedure to upgrade.
