query in updation of new reference nos for circulation

i am working as a librarian in RAI UNIVERSITY SARODA Ta. Dahulka dist. AHMEDABAD we are using an NEW GEN LIB  and from today onwards i am facing  query in up dation of new reference nos  in palce of old library membership code for circulation facility but it can not work in regular mode.

it seems like the patron id has spaces in database.
please remove the spaces from patron id and then try again.
