Sir, I have installed NEWGENLIB 2.5 as instructed in video(youtube). it shows message of overloaded while opening OPAC.

Please, help me to fix this problem

you are using very old version

try to install latest version of newgenlib

You are Using NewGelib which is  Very old.
Try to install New which is NGL3.1.2
you can get it from www.verussolutions.biz.
The step by step process of installation also you can see there.

Is this setup run on window 7 or window 8 also???

Please try with NGL3.1.2.
NGL 2.5 is very old and not much getting solution by now.
