server is scrolling and its not starting

      when i start my server in the morning , the server cannot stopping and it is scrolling ..... the started time is not coming . still it is scrolling and scrolling what is the problem sir, how can i resolve it

Dear Patron,

Go to "C:\NGL3\apache-tomcat-6.0.32\bin" folder you will find
"shutdown.bat" batch file is there double click on it NGL server will
automatically close.

Dear sir,
      My point is,  it is shutting down properly ( there is no problem) but the problem is when starting the server, it is scrolling down  but not starting means the server is continuously scrolling but the start up time is not coming and server is not started
please solve the problem sir
