sharing of modules

sir/madam is there any possibility in ngl  to sharing of modules from server system to client system .
in our library having different departments like circulation , technical processing.... so in technical processing section they no need of circulation section module . so we want to share modules from server system to client system . pls give  your valuable suggestions share here
