Please help I am encountering the following Errors while Launching Application - http://localhost:8080/newgenlibctxt/LaunchApplication

type : Status report
message : No Context configured to process this request
description The server encountered an internal error (No Context configured to process this request) that prevented it from fulfilling this request.

Apache Tomcat/4.1.24-LE-jdk14

and error information - Error:java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:java/security/CodeSigner

We are using ' JAVA 6'
