Transaction Report of a patrons

Thanks for your immediate support. My second query is:

How can I prepare a report on total Transaction History of a patron? I mean to say if one patron use the library for 4 years (500 times) for Issue and return of books, in this situation we want to prepare a report on the total transaction history of the same patron including dues related to late return, etc.

Is it possible?
