Critical Error!

When I work with Refine Requests screen, input Title text and choose Select budget, press Reject Request button. Then Reason dialog is displayed, I input some random texts, the error appeared :

Critical Error !!!

In command prompt : Caused by java.lang.NumberFormatException : For input String : "null"
at ejb.bprocess.acquisitions.ProcessRequestSessionBean.rejectRefineRequest() line 1442.

 I don't know how to fix this error, please to help me.
