Unable to launch both launch application and desktop application

Sir,
As you have instructed for my previous message regarding ngl 2.5 launch desktop, I did. But still it did not work for launching desktop. Again I uninstalled completely and reinstalled it on the machine, both manually and ngl 2.5 self installer on windows xp, but this time both the launch application and launch desktop is not opening where as opac is opening. I am unable to get where the fault is.
Please reply on an urgent basis.
