Search problem

When I searched through Acquisition>Search by Title> the result is not match with the result getting through OPAC. I mean to say in the first search I got two hits with different numbers of books with same title where as...

In case of searching through OPAC out of two records one one record has been retrieved. Where is another one?

In case of searching through Clint machine gives different result.

Let me explain:
1. Through Acquisition>Search by Title> = Two hits (Same title and same author)
2. Through OPAC                                = Single hits (Same title and same author)
3. Through Clint machine                      = Single hits (Same title and same author) not same as above.

I know the question is very complicated to understand/explain.

Plz. guide me.
