unable to access newgenlib

HELLO SIR
                in the last message i told i was unable to open postgres and i got a message that was due to  files was zipped  i copied the files to the desktop and i successfully installed.
i installed all newgenlib files server is running corectly  and i typed the url on the web browser but i am unable to get newgenlib page its showing context not configured.
i want to know how to set up the newgenlib files please guide me.my contact no is 9986424269.
