Regarding the loading of NewGenLib Software in my Library

Dear Sir,
           I am a employee of Department of Geology, BHU, Varanasi. In my library computer system I have loaded your software but due to some virus problems my system was formatted afterthat the NewGenLib software didn't works. So kindly depute any staff to load the same software in my system.
