Problem with users

Hi all,

As I was using the system, it seems, I did some thing and now I log on with the system administration account but I haven't privileges to do things as primary cataloguing, create a new patron etc. (see the screenshot below:)



Obviously, it isn't system's fault but some thing I did wrong. How can I solve this?
