Are you able to open
Administration -> Configure System -> Patron Categories?
If yes, Select "System Administrator" category, click on privilege buttons (Right side of the screen). Check by giving all privileges. And click on "OK" to save it.

Now close NewGenLib screen and open it again.


If you are unable to open "Patron category" screen it self, send back a message, I will give a sql query to resolve the problem
