No, this is a virgin install. but after looking at the post where you were having trouble, I followed the steps that seemed appropriate to my situation and...

upon running pgadminIII I noticed that the Postgre server was not running. Once I started that I was able to populate newgenlib.... OPAC comes up correctly and now I move on and see what else there is to do.
