Hi,
Seeing the messages sent it is clear that web.war (NewGenLib) is not
deployed in the Apache Tomcat.
1. Stop Apache Tomcat server
2. Check if web.war file is available in C:/NewGenLibFiles directory
3. If it is not there, then web.war file will be available in
InstallNGL3.0 directory, paste it in the above mentioned directory.
4. Now start Apache tomcat server and check the link
Note: The installation process must copy web.war into the above
directory. If this did not happen the installation process has not
happened smoothly. We will be happy to help you online through
remote desktop sharing to install the complete system.

No, this is a virgin install. but after looking at
the post where you were having trouble, I followed the steps that
seemed appropriate to my situation and...
upon running pgadminIII I noticed that the Postgre server was not
running. Once I started that I was able to populate newgenlib....
OPAC comes up correctly and now I move on and see what else there
is to do.
Thanx much
