Hi, I'm having a similar problem where my http://localhost:8080/newgenlibctxt/ gives me an error of:

HTTP Status 404 -
type Status report
message
description The requested resource () is not available.
Apache Tomcat/6.0.32

I do not have a web.war file in C:/NewGenLibFiles and I do not have any of the files [newgenlibctxt.xml, apache-solr-bib.xml, apache-solr-auth.xml] (as listed in Point 4) in directory:C:\NGL3\apache-tomcat-6.0.32\conf\Catalina\localhost\

Please let me know how to fix this if possible?
