This problem is solved in NewGenLib 3.0.3 U2. Did you encounter the problem in the same version?
Also we recommend to open the report in OpenOffice.
If you are using Microsoft excel, you should not open the report directly. You must import the file in UTF-8(Unicode) format.

I got more issue about report generation in Desktop report.

I click on Reports Menu ->Circulation->List check-out material details.
Then, I select Path of my file location.Next, I click on generate
After, I open that report

Unfortunetely, I see all my Unicode records in special symbols
that mean when system do generation it is not support Unicode.

Hence, please tell me how can I solve this issue??
