Impossible to input data in dialog inputbox after Unicode is installed

Is it possible, if I use Java 1.6 Update 20 instead of Java 1.6 Update13?

If yes, I still got the problem in NGL 3.0.3U2.
NOTE: my server and client are already installed Khmer Unicode.
