Create a directory Indexer in /usr directory. Assign read/write permissions to all users to the Indexer directory. See the below commands
Sudo mkdir /usr/Indexer
Sudo chmod 777 /usr/Indexer -R

Then run Upgrade.sh

I got this error on Ubuntu and I didn't run Update.sh as root:
