Sir

i have done as under but service not working:-
1. C:/NewGenLibFiles/SystemFiles/ENV_VAR.txt,  MOBILE_ALERTS is set as YES
2. Mobile number of the patron is stored in Phone II
3. mobile number  not a  part of DND registry

I got Subscription id and code, any file to be edit by id and code ??????????
