i edit in ENV_TXT and add subcription id but sms not sent in patrons.

Sir,
Check-out

1- if i put patron id in small letter, system convert as Capital letter and  its work  fine. but as same in barcode i put small letter its show error as attached picture . and when barcode text put in Capital Letters its work fine .


2- In List Patron History- when a patron id put as small letter its show no history, and for the same patron i put id in capital letters its show the history.


3 in OPAC login - when we put small letters in user id then login failed, and same in capital letter its work fine.
