The first 2 requirements are under immediate consideration
However the 3rd point is already available
Click on view details link beside availability image in opac.
Also this feature is available from version 3.0.3

2. To have an option in entering patron id or patron name when checking out books.

3. In OPAC, include the date due of the book in its status if the book is check out.
