This problem takes place when the installation process exits because of a error.
1. This problem is rectified in v3.0.3 u3 build. We hope you are using that version for installation. If not, please download the mentioned version
2. If you are using 3.0.3 u3 and you still have this problem, then create a file output3_0_2.sql in the home directory and run the installation again
