Close all the programs on the Server first

1. Go to Pgadmin3 (Also login...Connect)
2. Select newgenlib database, right click and select maintenance
3. Select Vacuum (Selected by default), Full (Need to be selected by you), Analyse (Selected by default)
4. Click on "OK" and wait for the done button
