This means that the installation did not complete. Are you using NewGenLib 3.0.3 U3?

That solved the issue.
But now When I install InstallNGL3.0, after step 4, I cannot see apache-tomcat-6.0.32 folder in  C:/NGL3, there are only two things in C:/NGL3... one is a folder BookCovers and a file InitialScripts.sql.
